Jaime brings 19 years of law enforcement experience in Ocala, Florida, along with a strong background in leadership, administration, and operations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Mountain State University and a master’s degree in strategic leadership from the University of Charleston.

Following her career in law enforcement, Jaime pursued her entrepreneurial drive by opening and operating several pet industry businesses in Ocala, Florida. Through this experience, she further strengthened her expertise in business management, team leadership, and customer relations.

At her core, Jaime is a strategic, results-driven leader committed to enhancing organizational efficiency and governance. Her tenure with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office sharpened her ability to exercise sound independent judgment, maintain discretion, and navigate high-stakes environments. She now applies those capabilities to support executive leadership at RedRock Strategies.

With a strong foundation in law enforcement administration, Jaime transitioned into a role at RedRock Strategies, where she provides high-level executive and operational support. She manages complex scheduling, oversees confidential communications, and serves as a key liaison for a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
