Judi De Marco is a seasoned public affairs professional who brings a distinctive combination of strategic communications expertise, political and policy knowledge, government experience, and extensive legal background to her work at RedRock Strategies. As Director of Public Affairs, she develops and executes strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications and advocacy strategies designed to help clients navigate complex issues and effectively advance their interests. Her ability to understand both the substance of an issue and how to communicate it persuasively enables her to help clients successfully navigate challenging public policy and political environments.

Throughout her career, Judi has worked at the intersection of law, government, politics, and communications, giving her a deep understanding of policy development, governmental operations, and how political dynamics shape public debate and decision-making. Her  executive experience includes the New York State Senate, the New York City Mayor's Office, the New York State Office of the Attorney General, private legal practice, and strategic communications. Her legal background provides an important foundation for her work in government, policy, and advocacy, allowing her to analyze complex issues, anticipate challenges, and develop sound, effective strategies.

Judi's particular strength is connecting strategy to execution. She understands that effective public affairs requires more than knowing the policy or political landscape; it requires understanding the people who influence it and developing the right message, messenger, and strategy to move them. Whether working with organizational leaders, policymakers, community stakeholders, advocates, or the public, she combines sophisticated written and interpersonal communications skills, political judgment, and substantive policy knowledge to help clients protect their reputations, respond effectively to crises, build support, and achieve their objectives.

Outside of work, Judi is a lifelong New York Yankees fan and a devoted Vegas Golden Knights fan. She is also a serious Frank Sinatra fan and proudly owns just about every song Sinatra recorded. In her free time, she enjoys taking in everything Las Vegas has to offer, from live music, concerts, and entertainment to the city's extraordinary and ever-changing restaurant scene.
