Ryan Kole - Data Analyst, Las Vegas

Ryan is a Political Strategist & Data Analyst with experience in both Nevada's campaign & legislative landscapes. He has worked in both houses of the Nevada State Legislature and previously interned at a Chicago-based Free Market policy think tank before graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has worked on several Senate & Congressional campaigns across Nevada.

As a Legislative Aide in the State Senate, and as a Policy Analyst for the State Assembly’s Republican Caucus, Ryan delivered rapid strategic counsel to elected officials. He has successfully collaborated across party lines and with staff within the Governor's office, helping contribute to key policy changes including small business regulation and election reform.

Passionate about translating data and real-world experience into tangible outcomes, Ryan brings a results-driven approach to every project.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid musician and record collector. He enjoys reading, camping, snowboarding and hiking with his Siberian Husky, Layla.
